Fireworks for the festival of San Pancranzio!

For the last two weeks our town and piazza have been taken over by street vendors, fair rides, and concerts for the Montichiari festival celebrating the town's saint, San Pancranzio.  The church on the top of the hill was built in the fifth or sixth century and is dedicated to the saint, and last night they set off fireworks behind the castle next to this church.  I met up with Michelle's friends (which I have decided to steal since they are pretty cool) and we walked over to get a seat underneath the hill to watch the spectacle.  It ended up getting quite crowded.  Take a look at the video below for the finale--it was gorgeous, but very loud!
