Tomorrow morning at 6:00am Stephen and I will be leaving the apartment for the airport because our flight to Barcelona, Spain is at 8:30am. All day yesterday I was creating a detailed itinerary with everything from the admission prices of the sites and when we will visit them to the business hours of nearby restaurants. It took me all day and it is seven typed pages long, but I think it will be worth it to get the most out of our trip. On Saturday, Stephen's 24th birthday, we will be visiting the Palau de la Musica Catalana to see a Beethoven orchestra. Today I still need to pack and get the apartment in order, but more importantly I need to pay the rent to our landlord--yet, for the second day in a row, he just isn't in when his office hours say he will be in! Yesterday I went at 9:00am and 3:00pm, and today I went at 10:30am and I am going to run down there now because I have a feeling this man does not want to be paid if he is never around!
This past week I just planted five plants (rosemary, mint, basil, onion, and arugula) so maybe when I come back the seeds will have sprouted!
